This place is kind of special to me because it is the first race track I ever ran when I took over the lease from Roger Smith back in 1995.

I ran it for a couple of years and made the decision to move over to the Carolinas.

A good friend of mine, Jamie McCoy, took it over as a private practice track in 1998, and has been running it ever since.

It is a members only track. Riders pay an annual fee and get a gate key. The members work and prep it with a bunch of equipment that they have purchased over the years.

They have about 70 members and on most weekends it is prepped as good or better than a lot of tracks.

A couple times a year they get a dozer and I go over and change a bunch of stuff.
